Hello lovely ashley nicole catherine readers! After a whirlwind wedding and honeymoon, I'm willing to bet that the two newlyweds will want a bit of rest and relaxation when they return. For me, there's nothing better than intimate summertime dinners with friends to unwind. Here's my menu for the perfect little get-together!

Start off with super refreshing Strawberry Cucumber aguas frescas - this version looks so good, and the recipe is very easy to put together. (You can even spike it if you want!)

Roasted Vegetable Orzo is one of my favorite dishes to make for a crowd. It's satisfying and full of amazing flavor! 

Aren't fruit kebabs so fun? Just chop up your favorite fruit and slide on the sticks. But warning - you'll be up to your elbows in juice!

It isn't a summer get-together without a fruit pie, I say, but a galette crust is a bit lighter, so you'll be able to have seconds! (Or thirds. :)
