the working girl's office stash: part two

at the risk of being considered a hoarder, having food on hand is key to surviving the work day. better yet, having healthy meals and snacks packed and ready-to-go will help keep the cravings at bay and help you resist the cookies in the break room.

and most important of all - a water bottle. having a BPA-free bottle on your desk will ensure you stay hydrated and will be a good reminder to drink more water, particularly if it's pretty like the one below.

I have almost all of this exactly to a T stashed and ready for my mid morning cravings! I love this series Ashley! It's so fun to see what other people pack!

Your stash would look what mine would if I went to an office everyday- I hate being without food so always have packed goodies:)

That's my exact breakfast, but I need to go more green and get a reusable water bottle. Good idea!

Oh man I have all kinds of snacks lingering in my desk. I keep a pack of Starbucks Via (vanilla flavored) in my desk for the days when the Keurig machine just isn't cutting it. I also have a bag of lightly salted cashews for snacking, as well as granola bars from Clif and Luna. I'm tellin' you, I snack a lot! I also use a Bkr glass water bottle, since I'm kind of weird about plastic/aluminum bottles. My Bkr is lime green :)

Chocolate, I always need a bit of chocolate. My fav is eating a few Raisinettes!

YES!!! I literally ALWAYS carry an energy/snack bar around with me, along with my camelback water bottle. Wherever I go, they go. One way I ensure I take care of myself while on the go. Love this.

Kind Bars are my obsesh.

I do ok with the healthy snacks, currently I'm loving honeycrisp apples + almond butter, but I could definitely be better about bringing my lunch. I don't know why that task is so overwhelming to me...
